Are the North Post Oak Lofts Houston's Hottest, New Address?

Well it depends on who you ask, but let's consider this:

• An incredible pool atmosphere
• Lots of very good looking women
• Women... tons of single, professional dudes
  
• An 18 stadium seat Theater Room with a huge screen and an amazing surround sound system
• Kaleidoscape - Home theater technology that plays movies and music
• Very professional and courteous management
• An amazing clubhouse with a huge Hi Def screen and Kaleidoscape system that plays music, U-Verse, XM and it's database of over 100 movies
  
• Super pet friendly with areas throughout the complex to walk your dog - and this place has lots of them
  
• Did I mention lots of good looking single women?

You might say that lots of other places have those amenities too... and you'd be right! However, there are a few things that North Post Oak Lofts offers that you won't find at other places... such as:

Location - Here are my drive times to cool places: Uptown Park - 5 Minutes; Washington Ave - 7 Minutes; Office on 11th @ Studemont - 7 Minutes; Mo's Steak House - 5 Minutes; City Center - 10 Minutes; Marque Center - 3 Minutes... I think you get the picture.

Did you see the pool, the clubhouse and the theater? Do they rock or what? I've lived in places with nice gyms, pools (the pool at the Phoenician is still pretty amazing) but at this place I use everything. I use... the pool, the 16 person hot tub, the clubhouse. I use the conference room with the big screen and laptop interface for business meetings. I use and work from the clubhouse a few times a week.

I used to just hang in the Apts that I lived in... I'd come and go and that was it... now I use and enjoy everything!

Also, they're making smoking deals. I paid more for my Apt at the Phoenician in 1997 that I am paying today for my similarly sized unit and, of course, much less amenities. Now... Let me say that again... for my 1 bedroom study, at the Phoenician in 1997 I paid more than what I pay for my 1 bedroom unit - of the same size... just no study - TODAY!

I don't know about you... but I think that's Huge!

The North Post Oak Lofts also have garages! I was paying $150.00 for my storage unit that is the size of a one care garage... now I pay half of that for the same size space... loving it!

Another thing... and I think this is what really sets the North Post Oak Lofts apart from other places... they are making deals happen! Management here is aggressive at getting you in and making deals happen. It's not uncommon to get a $500 off look and lease and much, much more!

For it's location, amenities and the deals that Nini, Naomi and Carlos are making - I think the North Post Oak Lofts are an amazing to live and play. However, you must see for yourself.
